| Proper service and cleaning
at Universal means Complete Mechanical Service (CMS). Each watch is completely
disassembled & the movement is put into ultrasonic cleaning machines
to remove all the old, dry oil & dirt. The case & bracelet are
then cleaned & serviced. The watch is then assembled, tested to our stringent standards, & returned with our warranty. Before the service process begins, the Universal Technician does a thorough examination of each watch, carefully evaluating its condition & notating any necessary service recommendations. An estimate is then quoted within 24 hours by fax, phone or email. At this time, any questions a customer may have regarding service options, restoration possibilities, enhancements and other specifics, are attentively answered by our customer service representatives. When approved, watches are then transferred to the repair department where the watchmakers begin their work. |
