dedicated team of watchmakers has the ability and training

Efim Khankin demands that each of Universal's master technicians
were trained in specialized horological schools. Between school &
apprenticeships, all of Universal's Watchmakers must have at least
10-15 years experience & each must be able to recreate &
reconstruct watch components before they join Universal's
elite staff.
